If you want to run two skype accounts simultaneously in an android phone, then you need to follow the following steps:
1. First log onto Google Play store and install skype from their. You can use this skype application to login to your first skype account.
2. Then access the website http://skype.gmw.cn/down/skype-for-mobiles.html and download skype for android APK using the following button in the website.:
Install the downloaded APK.
After installing this skype APK you will be able to see two SKYPE applications in your android phone one from step 1 and the other from step 2. Now, you can use both the skype applications to login to two skype accounts simultaneously.
